… to be inspired by Mother Nature
Walking the tracks at Spear Creek Sth Australia
My spiritual journey has taken me along many paths in my search for truth. Whether travelling this amazing country and enjoying the delights of what it has to offer, or simply walking the footpaths near our home, through the practice of Mindfulness, Mother Nature is always offering insights on how we can grow personally and spiritually.
This page is about sharing some of these moments in time which I call ‘Notes to Self’. Once we focus the mind on what is occurring in the moment rather than on our problems, we become open and receptive to Spirit guiding us to what we need to see and hear.
~Remember today, to rest beneath a tree and feel the light of its magical, ancient wisdom begin to seep into my soul~

Did you know that there is magic in trees? Well I just love trees so much, that I feel magic vibes when I sit under one or sit up in their branches! When I was a little girl, we had a very big hedge of trees that grew alongside our driveway. These trees were great to climb and were so thick with foliage that you couldn’t be seen once you were up in the topmost canopy. You could spy on everything happening below, but better still, this secret place became my world of make believe. I could be anything I wanted to be and sing to thousands! Up in those trees my make-believe world was so real that I could see, hear, feel, touch and taste it.
Message from Spirit
Trees hold within them ancient wisdom; the secrets to living in harmony with all that is. They bring to you the breath of life, shade and shelter, and the food you eat, but their true magic is found in what they can teach you, about you! Can you give shade, shelter and protection without expecting anything in return? Can you give of the fruit that you bear; your gifts and talents? Can you change with the seasons without worry or stress? Can you send your roots deep into truth to ground yourself against all the winds and storms of life? Today, sit beneath a tree and give gratitude for the precious gifts that it brings you… you may even like to give it a hug!
