Sit with Me – to rest in the stillness

Contemplation and Meditation play such vital roles on the journey to experiencing Oneness. Making time each day for one or both of these practices will have a profound effect on your life. If you are new to these practices, I hope that what I share here will assist you in getting started and making them a part of your daily routine.
Below you will find a Contemplation or a Meditation activity which may help to get you started or support you in your already established practice of these. These will change weekly.

This week it is Contemplation: You can do this by finding a quiet place to sit either at home or out in nature. Here are some questions which may assist your pondering:
What does this image or the wording mean for me?
What is grace?
How do I live through the heart?
You don’t need to know the answers. Simply by asking the questions you have made a way for Spirit to provide the answers.
