Spiritual Awareness Mystical Truth
Over the last couple of days, I must admit that I have been a little down on myself. As I walked this morning, I came across this beautiful little brown feather with what looked like a small chunk torn from one side of it. It was the perfect gift from a little bird offering the perfect moment for a lesson on how we see ourselves as opposed to what is really true.
As we look at this feather through human eyes, we judge the feather as flawed or less than perfect. This may be so within the human realm, but in the spiritual realm the feather is still a perfect feather. If you look at it through the eyes of spirit it is still a whole feather. When you begin to see things as imperfect, you are showing that you are still entrenched in the human belief of duality where there is always the belief in good and bad, perfect and imperfect, etc. Remind yourself that there is only one Power and one Presence and therefore only goodness and perfection exist. All else is illusion.
So, next time you have a little moment, or moments when you see yourself as less than perfect, remind yourself of what is Truth. God only sees Its own individual being which is goodness and perfection.
So, a quick ‘note to self’: I need to pick myself up, forgive myself and then go back to seeing myself as I really am – Individual God being. The same goodness and perfection as in the feather. This is the reality and the truth of all people.
