Learning to take responsibility for how we feel about certain people or circumstances or events or how we are currently living or anything else is a very hard pill to swallow. Believe me, I know from personal experience how difficult this can be. But take responsibility we must … that’s of course if you really want to see things change! I guess it is time to get tough on yourself, accept the truth of where you are at and then move on in the very best way you can. You see your emotional well-being is paramount to you getting great results in your life.

Your body gives you clues as to why you are experiencing every type of emotion:

  • Groin area: tribal issues
  • Stomach: relationship issues
  • Solar plexus: personal power
  • Heart: self love
  • Throat: centre of willpower
  • Head: future visioning

By taking the time to question what may be the cause of the more negative type emotions you are experiencing, being responsible for changing them, and then taking appropriate action will definitely see you becoming the star of your own life.
