Did you know that for some, failure makes it more difficult to think creatively and to find solutions that by definition are outside of the box. These types of solutions engage less certainty within us, and theoretically pose more risk – at least in our own minds.  Since these dynamics are largely unconscious, we don’t realize how our thinking impacts our behaviors and our feelings.  And just so we don’t leave the heart out of the equation, we need to understand that our feelings impact our behaviors and our thoughts as well.  This can lead us to either feeling stuck or acting out irrationally based on fear or anxiety of a perceived threat.  The intricate dance between mind, body and spirit is important to understand, because any and all of these can get in our way of living the life we really want.
